THE DIFFERENT HIRING OPTIONS
There are lots of different hiring options that we help our clients with. At Bergman Holt we can advise on the right option for your talent needs, advise on IR35 scenarios and find the best talent for your specific need in the market.
01. Permanent.
Employing an Executive or team member on a full or part-time basis, where there is a career path for development with the company.
02. Fixed Term.
Hiring an employee for a fixed period, where they are treated as a full-time hire & get all the benefits associated with that too.
03. Interim/Fractional.
Usually a highly experienced professional who works at the company for a defined number of days a month.
04. Consultancy.
Consultants usually charge a fixed fee for overall delivery or may also charge on a Time and Materials Basis (T&M).
